PSALMS-HYMNS-SPIRITUAL SONGS AT GRACE GOSPEL CHURCH, Huntington, WV

What a day!  I am not sure what I was thinking scheduling all this on a time change day:  at Crestview Bell Anthem with Flute and Percussion, Chancel Choir anthem, and I read the liturgy at first service; then at second, I played keyboard with the worship band, and covered the liturgy for Pastor Shawn as he went and preached the final sermon at Reading-Lockland church before they close.  THEN, Cheri and I drove three hours to Huntington, WV for an evening Hymn Concert at Grace Gospel Church, my first time to visit Grace Gospel!  I LOVED THE WHOLE DAY!  Worship at Crestview was wonderful, the drive sunny and spring-like and the congregation at Grace Gospel warm, welcoming and encouraging!  It was a great evening of PSALMS, HYMNS and SPIRITUAL SONGS.  I felt relaxed and believe the music and great message of these songs just brought power and peace and joy and comfort to all present!  Grace Gospel live-streamed the service.  If you go to their Face-Book Page, and scroll down a bit, you should be able to watch and listen to the concert and as well read some comments from members and guests!  I am posting the program below with some of the hymn texts we sang together! Here is a picture of me with host Dick Lucas, a WONDERFUL musician–keyboardist–pianist in the Tri-State region whom I’ve known for many years!
