CRESTVIEW CAROLS 2023

CRESTVIEW (in West Chester, Ohio) had a series of wonderful events of various nature during Advent 2023 including CRESTVIEW CAROLS on December 17, 2023.  The program followed our 2023 Series CHRIST-mas Presence, and featured several of our Crestview Musical Groups and individuals including:  Chancel Choir, Crestview Ringers, Crestview Brass, Maddie Smith, vocal, Tony Yocca Trumpet, Leslie Yeary, Vocal and Guitar, Teri McKibben at organ and piano, and Rodney Barbour at the organ.  As the congregation loves singing carols, we included several opporutunies for them to join with the performers to add their voices of joy and praise.  The main comment following centered on the variety of musical expressions offered and how well the variety “fit together” in a beautifully unified thematic program.

As with anything I lead, COOKIES and TREATS FOLLOWED and those gathered were “slow in leaving” taking time to enjoy the festive holiday spirit with friends and families.
